Pinca cheese is made of cream cheese, Cheddar, butter, and milk’s protein, which has a soft texture similar to other processed cheese types. The nearly watery texture of Pinca often misleads people to consider it as a product with a high-fat content like butter. But the truth is that this kind of texture is the result of the high percentage of moisture in it, and compared to Amol cheese, it only has 2 percent additional fat. The unique taste of Pinca due to having Cheddar has given it a fantastic flavor and aroma. Pinca cheese with 0.5 percent salt is a product with the lowest amount of salt in the Kalleh breakfast cheese category. You can spread Pinca on toast as a breakfast or a healthy midday snack.
