Its ingredients are re-pasteurized during the processing stages, and it consists of proteins with better absorptivity in our body. After pasteurization, all the steps of making this cheese is done by automatic machinery. You can eat the Amol processed cheese fresh on the table or melt it on salads, pie, or pizza. Some mix it with olive oil and nuts for a more delicious mixture.
