دوغ گیاهان کاله نوشیدنیای سنتی حاوی عصاره طبیعی نعناع و پونه است . این دوغ پس از اتمام تولید دوباره تحت فرآیند گرمادهی و پاستوریزاسیون قرار میگیرد تا باکتریهای مضر آن از بین رود. فرآیند گرمادهی سبب افزایش ماندگاری محصول شده و از گازدار شدن آن جلوگیری میکند همچنین پونه و نعنا علاوه بر مزهدار کردن دوغ هرکدام خواص و ویژگیهای درمانی و مفید زیادی دارند.
